More Delaware artists are finding their Fringe

One-third of this year's Fringe Wilmington Festival lineup is made up of Delaware artists.

That's no accident.

But not because the organizers did anything in particular to cater to them. It's because the festival has survived for three years now, and every year it continues, more and more creative folks in the First State are discovering Fringe and becoming inspired to bring their own works to the fest.
